Working groups at KULT41
We want to offer more working groups at KULT41 in the near future. Here is the first information.
Technical Working Group
The Technicla Working Group is all about sound, lighting, and event technology at KULT41.
How does the sound system work? How do I mix a band’s performance? Are these questions you’re interested in? If so, please email us at . There’s also an opportunity to help out as an assistant sound engineer at concerts.
PR Group
The PR Groupe is all about external communications. We want to make KULT41 even better known and more popular, and our responsibilities include creating merchandise, flyers, and content for the website, social media, and more.
The PR Club meets on the first Thursday of “even” months (February, April, etc.). At these meetings, we discuss ideas and activities and assign tasks. If you’d like to get involved or are interested in checking it out, feel free to email us at .
Art Gallery group
It provides a space for painting, photography, sculpture, multimedia art, and exhibitions on social issues. The unique charm of our gallery spaces, combined with the cultural center’s ongoing program, makes art accessible to a wider audience.
Web/IT group
We are currently setting up a Web/IT group that will be responsible for managing the KULT41 website, digital applications, and technical infrastructure in the future.
These include, among other things, WordPress, site structure, content, and event presentation, as well as the network, computers, devices, hosting, user accounts, data protection, and IT security.
We’re looking for people with an interest in technical, editorial, or organizational work. You don’t have to be an IT expert: Anyone who wants to learn the ropes, maintain content, test features, coordinate tasks, or create clear documentation is welcome.

Conflict Resolution Group
Does something at KULT41 sometimes bother or upset you? Have you ever felt harassed or discriminated against during an event? Sometimes, for various reasons, it can be difficult to resolve such situations on your own right away. In these cases, KULT41 has designated contact persons you can turn to in confidence. During an event, you can also approach the staff behind the bar at any time if you need support in a particular situation.
Further Groups
We can imagine groups on many different topics, such as a concert club, an events club, a theater club, a lighting club (in coordination with the technology club), a catering/kitchen club, …
There are already people interested in some of them.
